This is an online magazine/blog with recipes for one! It has calibrated cooking and baking recipes that are light in fat and sugar for one or two servings. It also presents several other themes and topics that its creator Dimitra Coutsoyannis (me) want to share with people and thus share moments of happiness!

When someone is alone, he/she needs to take care of themselves the best because there is no one out there to do it for them 🙂

This is the reason why solo food was created! Find ideas and learn how to take care of yourself the best! You can then share this with family, friends or even acquaintances!
