SORENDA REAL ESTATE invests in the development of attractive projects in promising areas of Sofia, Bulgaria and other regional cities in the country. The emphasis is on projects with medium and high building density, and a developed area between 2,000 and 15,000 m2, which allows the development of medium-sized residential buildings, providing comfort and tranquility to their residents, as well as their easy management afterwards.

The website gives focus to each project as well as showcases the company and all of its benefits. The pages use a sleek and elegant dark themed design, coupled with beautiful and modern animations. All of the images are unique and the pages feature 3D elements, as well as video backgrounds.

Everything is fully responsive and mobile optimized, giving a mobile experience as close as possible to the desktop version.
