The emphasis is on projects with medium and high building density, and a developed area between 2,000 and 15,000 m2, which allows the development of medium-sized residential buildings, providing comfort and tranquility to their residents, as well as their easy management afterwards.

The website gives focus to each project as well as showcases the company and all of its benefits. The pages use a sleek and elegant dark themed design, coupled with beautiful and modern animations. All of the images are unique and the pages feature 3D elements, as well as video backgrounds.

Everything is fully responsive and mobile optimized, giving a mobile experience as close as possible to the desktop version.

Innovative Features: Incorporates interactive elements and micro animations.

Content: Using the Storybrand Brandscript framework to clarify brand messaging and copywriting frameworks such as AIDA and PAS, BAB and FAB to write engaging copy that compels users to become customers.
