We were blessed to have the privilege of building a new website for this awesome Non-profit, HeartStrings. We took a creative approach visually to the project, with animated music notes, guitar shaped images, and a guitar itself (part of their logo) running down the entire homepage.

Samuel D’Urso – Senior Design Portfolio

Motion designer’s portfolio showcasing WebGPU-powered 3D experiences. Features a real-time jellyfish simulation that intelligently pauses when out of view for optimal performance, and interactive Three.js case studies with rotating Earth globes and device mockups.

Built with Remix and deployed globally via Cloudflare Pages, the site emphasizes performance optimization through viewport-aware rendering, graceful degradation for unsupported browsers, and bilingual support (EN/DE). Clean typography and minimalist interface let the motion work take center stage.

Technical stack: Remix, Three.js, WebGPU, Framer Motion, CSS Modules.
