Utsav 2015

The official website for the biggest annual Inter-Collegiate Techno-Cultural fest in Karnataka. Utsav 2015, in its 28th edition, plans to take you on a three day 2D escapade from April 1 to April 3rd. The previous edition saw a crowd of 50,000 students and alumni from various colleges. The number has been steadily growing every year. With the earsplitting crowds and off beat events, you cannot miss this bus. There is only one place you have to be.
